Bill Sanderson has been promoted from senior director of the corporation and president of Golden State Service Industries to corporate vice president of finance.“After almost 27 years with GSF, Rich has experienced nearly everything related to financing,” Golden State’s Chief executive Mark Wetterau said.
Rich Moretti has been promoted from vice president, chief accounting officer to senior vice president, chief financial officer. Larry McGill has been promoted from vice president of worldwide sales and marketing to the newly created position of Chief Operating officer for GSF’s manufacturing facility in Conyers, Ga. Morgan will continue to oversee meat production in Georgia, in addition to his new responsibilities as a corporate officer. Wayne Morgan has been promoted from vice president of GSF’s meat group to corporate vice president. In his new role, Mike will lead the strategic planning process and acquisition team effort, as well as spearhead lender relations, the company said. 
Mike Waitukaiti has been promoted from executive vice president and chief financial officer to vice chairman.The following executive changes were announced: The company manufacturers and distributes dozens of fast-food products to industry chains - from paper products to ketchup to McDonald’s Happy Meal toys. Golden State Foods in Irvine made several executive promotions this week.
